Purpose
Closeout Kit helps prepare a record of client assets, ownership, external access actions, support boundaries, and acknowledgement. It does not transfer accounts, host files, store credentials, or replace legal advice.
Your responsibility
You are responsible for the accuracy of packet contents, authority to share them, secure delivery of exports, and verification of all ownership and access changes in each external system. Do not enter passwords, API keys, private keys, or other secrets.
Studio purchase
Studio is a one-time license for the features described at purchase. Sociobot / Dodo is the merchant of record and handles checkout and refunds. A refund or charge reversal revokes the license. Core packet and encrypted-backup exports remain available without Studio.
No warranties
The software is provided “as is,” without warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement, to the extent permitted by law. You should keep your own encrypted backup and verify recipient access independently.
Limitation
To the extent permitted by law, the maintainers are not liable for lost data, missed transfers, access failures, support disputes, or indirect damages arising from use of the software.
Open source
The application source is available under the MIT License. These service terms govern use of the hosted product and paid license features.
